Lodestar is operated by Lamb & Company Ventures, LLC.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Lodestar Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders.
How to request a refund. Visit paddle.net and look up the order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at lambconsultingservices@gmail.com and we will help facilitate the request with Paddle.
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation you keep access to Pro features through the end of your current paid period; you will not be charged again.
Trial periods. The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Outside the 30-day window, refunds may still be granted at our discretion in cases of extended unavailability of the service or accidental duplicate charges.
